CSSHL student-athlete Alexander Rode has signed a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement with the Victoria Royals.
A towering defender from Vancouver, BC, Rode has been a staple on St. George’s blueline since the 2023/24 season. Standing at 6’5, Rode has been a threat in the physical department and was key on the Saints’ special teams adding 3 powerplay goals with their U17 Prep squad last season. Victoria drafted Rode with the 91st pick in the 2025 WHL Prospects draft prior to signing him earlier this week.
